synopsis:
As incredible sensational news goes through all media, the once renowned archaeologist Otto Lehner is shocked: In the Libyan desert, a many thousand years old, previously unknown tribe has been discovered – the discovery which he has made many years ago and never was able to prove. At the same time his wife Madeleine and the twelve-year-old daughter Sara try to build up a new life without him. As Sara begins more and more to question her identity and wants to know, if she is adopted, Madeleine faces a difficult decision: Should she tell her daughter the truth and thus jeopardize the most important in her life – or should she just lie? At the same time Otto sees his chance of vocational rehabilitation, but he must realize that success will only be possible on the well-being of his daughter.
