HILDE (75) and her husband OTTO (79) have been happily married for 50 years. But old age has created different circumstances for the two of them. While Hilde feels young and active and still has many expectations of life, Otto suffers from dementia. When Otto’s illness takes a drastic turn one day, Hilde finds herself facing an ever-growing dilemma between her own needs and the necessary care for her husband.
