A free practice group of six people meets to shed their power-oriented communication style and promote empathetic and authentic communication. They ask courageous questions about the role of power in common language and seek the origin of their lack of access to their own feelings and needs. At the same time, some of the people are accompanied in individual sessions by a trainer for non-violent communication and confront themselves with their relationship conflicts. Where there used to be no feeling and no naming words, over time the highly emotional inner life of the person and what they actually need becomes apparent.
